Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Corporate Project Manager who identifies the actions necessary for national, regional, and site-level development and execution of key projects related to operations. This role partners with the SSMG VP of Continuous Improvement and Sysco Corporate Construction & Engineering Teams to drive value and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage capital projects, monitor ROI, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in food production, manufacturing, and distribution design.
• Experience driving operational efficiencies and production throughput.
• Lean Six Sigma proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of national, regional, and site-level projects.
• Partner with National and Region Team Leaders to drive scope and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and plant flow.
• Develop, plan, and execute capital projects and monitor ROI.
• Oversee budgets and monitor labor, assets, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors to establish relationships and deliverables.
