Job summary

Sysco seeks an intermediate-level EHS expert to support our sites with the global EHS management system. You will collaborate with field safety teams and cross-functional leaders to drive compliance, training, and hazard control across multiple facilities.

The role emphasizes regulatory knowledge, incident investigations, and continuous improvement in safety programs, with travel up to 50% and potential to participate in incentive plans. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS program management experience with large organizations.
• Experience implementing EHS processes across multiple sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute injury prevention programs and promote a world class safety culture.
• Identify and control site hazards; support incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Deliver, track, and improve compliance training; address gaps via KPIs and risk data.
• Support workers’ comp processes and promote safe return-to-work practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to manage EHS resources and projects.
