Sysco Corp. is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Production and Production Warehouse departments across multiple locations. You will develop production plans, manage budgets, and lead a team to meet on-time delivery and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills, with a focus on cost control, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and HR. Travel to locations is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management or related field preferred.
7+ years of Production/Manufacturing experience in a food environment.
HACCP and GMP certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain production plans to ensure orders are completed on time.
Determine headcount requirements and labor utilization needed to achieve production and business goals.
Schedule equipment and team resources needed to support each production plan.
Track component yield rates ensuring that actual results meet or exceed business goals.
Set performance metrics for each department to track and monitor productivity.
Coach and develop Supervisors and team members in balancing productivity, quality and service.
Maintain a positive and safe work environment; oversee employee relations and HR processes.
Establish performance goals and monitor progress; provide feedback and corrective action as needed.
Develop, provide and coordinate training as needed; coordinate with HR as appropriate.
Maintain SOPs and conduct safety training; coordinate emergency response if needed.
Identify and implement improvements in department processes; ensure updates across shifts.
