Sysco Corp. is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to implement and maintain the engineering program across warehouse and delivery operations in the US and international locations.

You will lead projects from audit through implementation, guiding site management and junior engineers in methods, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on engineered labor standards, process changes, and data-driven optimization using SQL, WMS/LMS, and other systems.

Formación

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Minimum 3+ years in Industrial Engineering in large-scale logistics.
• Experience with time study methodologies, MOST, MTM or MSD.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean concepts preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, databases, AutoCAD, and Minitab.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards for operations.
• Perform analytical evaluations using WMS, LMS, and other systems.
• Lead IE initiatives in work methods, ergonomics, and process improvements.
• Audit and validate system configurations and data accuracy.
• Train leadership and associates on ELS, PWMs, and IE concepts.
