Job summary

CSL USA, part of Sacco System, is seeking a Project Coordinator in Franksville, WI to support new customer manufacturing projects from order receipt through final shipment.

You will coordinate across Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Customer Service, maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables while juggling multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Food Science, Biology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination, administrative support, manufacturing, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating new customer projects from purchase order through final shipment.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, task lists, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines.
• Identify potential delays or missing information and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain project trackers and provide routine status updates.
• Support the coordination of multiple projects and help maintain priorities.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and follow up on deadlines.
