Job summary

CSL USA, part of Sacco System, is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support new customer manufacturing projects from order receipt through final shipment, including probiotics, customized formulations, encapsulation, bottling, and packaging.

You will coordinate activities between customers and internal teams, maintain documentation, track timelines, and ensure progress aligns with schedule and customer requirements. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Food Science, Biology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in project coordination, admin support, manufacturing, customer service, or related function.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new customer projects from PO through final shipment.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, task lists, and deliverables.
• Track progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines.
• Identify delays or missing information and alert the team.
• Maintain project trackers and provide status updates.
• Coordinate multiple projects and manage priorities.
• Communicate project updates to Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Follow up on required information and deadlines across departments.
• Assist Production Planning with scheduling and readiness activities.
• Coordinate procurement for ingredients, materials, packaging, and components.
• Schedule meetings, prepare notes, and track action items.
