CSL USA Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Coordinator to support new customer manufacturing projects from order receipt through final shipment, including probiotic blends, custom formulations, and finished-product packaging.

The role coordinates activities between customers and internal departments, maintains project documentation, tracks timelines and deliverables, and helps keep projects on schedule and aligned with customer requirements.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Food Science, Biology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related function.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate new customer projects from purchase order through final shipment.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, task lists, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines.
• Identify delays or missing information and communicate with relevant teams.
• Schedule meetings, document action items, and follow up on open items.
