Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications preferred or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the customer service and sales field.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with and coordinate multiple teams and departments.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving.
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform market and competitor research.
• Manage complex manufacturing projects.
• Identify all decision makers and contributors to streamline communications between teams.
• Determine product end-goal, functionality, purpose, obstacles and applicable solutions.
• Identify regulatory and customer SOP requirements.
• Develop, outline, modify project plans and track progress.
• Create project files for management and designers and prepare quotes for customers.
• Hold Teams meetings to share project outlines and progress.
• Relay information to management to support team and company growth.
• Ensure work is completed on time to high quality.
• Analyze bid requests to determine the best solution for customer and company.
• Utilize documented procedures to make sound decisions related to problem resolution.
