Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Planning & Logistics to lead strategic global supply chain planning, inventory control, and international logistics across regions.

The role partners with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to drive ERP implementations, distribution network optimization, and cross-functional initiatives that improve service levels and reduce costs. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain planning or logistics with global scope.
• 3+ years of leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs, and global networks.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, planning software, Excel, and BI tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global planning and logistics strategies.
• Lead demand and supply planning and S&OP activities.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, import/export, and distribution.
• Manage relations with 3PLs, carriers, and brokers.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and standardize processes.
• Develop KPIs and use analytics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support ERP implementations and corporate initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives to enhance supply chain capabilities.
• Coach and develop planning and logistics professionals.
