Job summary

Molex is seeking a Project Coordinator to bridge the production floor and front office planning, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning through execution. You will coordinate across planning, engineering, quality, production, and procurement to improve visibility, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum.

In this role you will support multiple sites, leading status meetings, tracking NPI projects, and developing standardized reporting to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project-related documentation to support accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
• Assist subject matter experts in documenting best practices and developing process documentation.
• Ensure project-related documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible.
