Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a Supply Chain Planning and Insights Specialist in Huntsville, AL to drive end-to-end supply planning, optimize inventory, and enable data-driven decisions across operations.

You will apply advanced Excel, build dashboards, and partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to translate demand into executable supply plans while contributing to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and translating insights into recommendations.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Exposure to demand planning, supply chain, procurement, or operations through work or projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned product divisions, balancing service, inventory, and cost.
• Drive inventory strategy and manage KPIs (service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy).
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to protect commitments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate demand into executable supply plans.
• Use advanced Excel to support PO creation, reporting, and data validation.
• Build and automate reports and dashboards to enhance visibility into performance.
• Support forecasting, inventory analysis, and planning activities.
