Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staffing to meet daily/weekly goals through scheduling and cost control.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets with efficient processes.
• Model Crown Laundry culture by listening to employees and respecting policies.
• Fill in and assist across positions to ensure production goals are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Attend safety committee meetings and address violations promptly.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via board updates and meetings.
• Ensure production documents, formulas, and procedures are followed.
• Handle administrative duties including reports and new hire paperwork.
