You will lead scheduling, training, and daily production goals, collaborate with maintenance, and uphold safety with monthly meetings. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to drive quality and productivity across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Has succeeded at a job that required attention to detail, flourishing in a fast pace and measuring/communicating results.
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead soil room and washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Effectively schedule staffing and control labor costs.
• Ensure employees are adequately trained.
• Maintain quality and production standards.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Promote safety through monthly safety meetings.
• Prepare and communicate production reports and targets.
• Handle miscellaneous duties to support production.
