Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to plan and execute manufacturing processes. This role requires shop knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate production components to meet goals while maintaining quality standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain production records, and support on-time delivery of finished products, leveraging lean practices and reliable inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–7 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator. Our Manufacturing Production Coordinatorplays a crucial role in the planning and execution of manufacturing processes. This position requires a blend of shop knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to productionneeds. The primary focus is on coordinating the various components of production. A successful Production Coordinatorensures that productiongoals are met on time, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve any production issues - hold owners accountable to tasks

• Ensure and verify all stage gates are completed to allow for clear-to-build

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records

• Support in timely delivery of finished products

• Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates as necessary to meet production targets

• Previous experience in any of the following metal manufacturing roles: Coordination role, Inventory control, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shop Management.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

• Proficiency in inventory management software

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Project management experience

• Knowledge of quality control standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
