Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a strategic Manufacturing Manager to oversee production operations, lead supervisors, and drive efficiency across the manufacturing floor. The role emphasizes planning, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demand and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing management experience, a track record of productivity gains, and strong analytical and leadership abilities to guide teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze data and use it to drive performance improvements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of electrical control panel manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and production goals
• Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to ensure efficiency and quality
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage and optimize the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing management
• Prepare and present reports on production performance and initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
