Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering or operations experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of high-volume manufacturing equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own production area from a technical standpoint and lead troubleshooting.
• Implement sustainable improvements to safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
• Drive OEE improvements and partner with maintenance and operations.
• Support new product introductions and equipment procurement/qualification.
• Develop and standardize work instructions.
