Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Operations/Quality support roles or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting high-volume manufacturing equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own production area from a technical standpoint and drive improvements.
• Lead troubleshooting and support for equipment and process issues.
• Partner with maintenance and operations to maximize uptime and performance.
• Develop and sustain manufacturing control plans and process standards.
