• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for all equipment and tooling within your assigned production area.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting and support for equipment and process issues.
• Partner closely with maintenance and operations teams to restore and improve performance.
• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Identify and implement equipment and tooling improvements.
• Support line setups, model changes, and capacity planning.
