Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field with 4+ years of experience in a production environment.
• Advanced knowledge to apply engineering concepts to oversight of staff and routine activities.
• Experience leading projects and providing technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to ensure safety compliance while supporting production objectives.
• Experience coordinating new product development with product development, supply chain, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Individual Contribution – leads manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Process Improvement – drives innovation and cost/quality improvements across processes and technologies.
• People Leadership – supervises and develops engineering technicians and prioritizes resources.
• Strategic Improvement – establishes engineering priorities aligned with business goals and metrics.
• Budget & Expense Planning – supports capital budgeting and project spending within team.
• Internal and/or Supplier Interaction – defines product specs with suppliers and internal customers.
