Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering or Technology field and 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
• Good math skills and familiarity with personal computer and CAD software required.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, FMEAs, and quality systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate new processes and improve productivity in manufacturing.
• Apply continuous improvement and Lean principles to multiple production areas.
• Design testing methods and analyze process capabilities to meet specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor entry level engineers.
