The position emphasizes lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, cost reduction, and safety improvements. A BS in engineering and 3–5 years of experience are required, with CAD proficiency and hands-on skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering or Technology field and 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
• Good math skills and familiarity with personal computer and CAD software required.
• Must possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capabilities to work on projects without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate new processes to improve capability, efficiency, and productivity in manufacturing.
• Mentor entry level manufacturing engineers and new employees; communicate effectively across functions.
• Identify and implement advanced manufacturing processes and analyze production data; apply lean and Six Sigma principles.
