Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize the supply chain's warehousing and material flow for quality, speed, and asset utilization. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations across multiple programs from development to full-rate production.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, time studies, and end-to-end ownership of value streams, with travel up to 25% and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings and CAD data (PCBAs, sensor hardware, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate across programs from development to full-rate production to scale solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks in inventory processes, line layouts, and shortages; drive to resolution with owners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Eng, and Quality.
• Own KPIs and reporting for production line health (cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization, non-conformities, inventory accuracy).
• Conduct time studies to ensure efficiency across warehouse and operations.
• Develop processes to optimize workplans for highly variable demands across sites.
• Create tools to improve demand accuracy for new facilities using data-driven methods (Value Stream/Process Mapping/Line Balancing).
• Drive rapid floor-level improvements and iterate toward world-class performance.
