Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in IE in a supervisory role; 7+ years total IE experience.
• Proven track record leading manufacturing lines and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IE team from prototyping to large-scale production.
• Strategize new manufacturing facilities and line layouts.
• Drive cost, quality, and throughput improvements via data.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, QA.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
