The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, owning optimization initiatives, and traveling up to 25% to support multiple sites. Relocation to Costa Mesa, CA will be required if not local.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 3+ years in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD data; familiar with electronics and mechanical processes.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA if not local.

Responsibilities

• Scale solutions across programs from development to full-rate production.
• Identify bottlenecks in inventory processes and drive resolution with cross-functional owners.
• Own metrics and reporting for production line health (cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization).
• Conduct time studies to improve warehouse and operations efficiency.
• Develop workplans for highly variable demands across multiple sites.
• Translate reports into actionable tasks to improve warehouse operations.
• Produce tools using data-driven approaches (Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Line Balancing).
• Drive incremental improvements to reach world-class warehouse performance.
