Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-rate supply chain or manufacturing with heavy data use.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD data; knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes for electronics and structures.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.
• Experience with ERP/MES/WMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scale best-in-class solutions across development to full rate production.
• Identify bottlenecks in inventory, line layouts, parts shortages, staffing shortages; drive to resolution.
• Own metrics, KPIs, and reporting for production health: cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization, non-conformities, inventory accuracy.
• Time studies of current and developing processes to improve warehouse and operations efficiency.
• Develop processes to optimize workplans for highly variable demands across multiple sites.
• Translate tools and reports into actionable tasks to improve health of warehouse operations.
• Create tools using data-driven methods (Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Line Balancing).
• Drive continuous improvements and push for world-class performance on the floor.
