Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related STEM field with relevant experience.
• DOE, SPC and Six Sigma concepts for process development and control.
• GD&T and ability to work with design for manufacturability.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes with focus on affordability.
• Create and manage project plans for process development activities.
• Provide ROI justification for process improvements.
• Specify and procure new equipment for production readiness.
• Develop process parameters and documentation; train personnel.
• Monitor yields, costs, and process stability; implement improvements.
