Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager 2, Manufacturing Engineering in Baltimore to lead the Advanced Interconnects and Multilayer Solutions manufacturing cell. You will manage a team, own producibility and technology roadmaps, and collaborate with area management and suppliers.

Focus on RF hardware production and continuous improvement across projects. The role requires a BS in Engineering with extensive manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related STEM area with a minimum of 8 years of manufacturing, management or project leadership experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior program, people, project management or leadership experience.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management duties including career development, staffing, time approvals and annual reviews.
• Oversee manufacturing processes within AIMS, ensuring producibility, quality and affordability.
• Brief upper management and customers on process technology, issues and progress.
