Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager 2, Manufacturing Engineering to lead a team in the Advanced Interconnects and Multilayer Solutions (AIMS) cell. You will oversee manufacturing processes for printed wiring boards, manifolds, and backplanes for RF hardware, and mentor staff while partnering with area management and customers.

Applicants should have a BS in Engineering with 8+ years of manufacturing/leadership experience (MS preferred) and be eligible for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related STEM field required.
• 3+ years in leadership or program management in manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics products or mechanical assemblies and manufacturing processes.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team within the AIMS cell.
• Own producibility, affordability, quality, and technology roadmaps for processes.
• Collaborate with area management, SMEs, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
