Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience (1 year with MS; high school with 6+ years also considered).
• Process engineering experience required.
• Experience with multi-layered circuit boards required.
• Experience with drilling, CMM and routing processes required.
• DOE, SPC, and 6-sigma concepts for development and control used.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and maintain/improve manufacturing processes with focus on affordability.
• Create and manage project plans for process development activities.
• Provide ROI justification for process improvements.
• Specify and procure new manufacturing equipment for production readiness.
