Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize warehouse and material flow across a global supply chain. You will work with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations to improve quality, speed, and asset utilization while meeting deployment timelines.

The role requires hands-on ownership of process improvements, travel up to 25%, and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA if needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment with complex assemblies and data use.
• Ability to read drawings and CAD data; understanding hardware manufacturing processes for electronics and structures.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA if not local.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across programs from development to full-rate production to scale solutions.
• Identify imbalances and bottlenecks in inventory, line layouts, and staffing; drive to resolution with owners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Eng, and Quality.
• Own metrics, KPIs, and reporting for production line health: cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization, non-conformities, inventory accuracy.
• Perform time studies to ensure efficiency across warehouse and operations.
• Develop workplans for highly variable demands across multiple sites.
• Translate tools/reports into actionable tasks to improve warehouse operations.
• Develop tools to improve accuracy of work demand for new facilities using data-driven methods (Value Stream/Process Mapping/Line Balancing).
• Drive impact on the warehouse team, pushing incremental improvements to floor and iterating toward world-class levels.
