Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations, improve quality, speed, and asset utilization. You will design production lines, monitor line health, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to meet deployment timelines.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, line balancing, and ownership across manufacturing, engineering, and operations in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering field.
• U.S. person due to export-controlled information or facilities; clearance eligibility may be required.
• Available to start full-time in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own production line health metrics (cycle time, throughput, utilization, quality).
• Develop and maintain tools/reports on manufacturing health for leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Design new production lines and workstations using data-driven methods (Value Stream/Process Mapping).
• Identify bottlenecks and constraints, coordinating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve them.
• Provide inputs for design cut-ins, material signals, build readiness, and supply overview for customers.
