Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA or MS of Engineering).
• 8+ years in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role with tangible impact.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate clearly.
• Proficient with data visualization and manufacturing software.
