Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations Engineer to optimize warehousing and material flow across a global manufacturing platform. You will own metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements from development through full-rate production across multiple sites.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 3+ years in high-rate supply chain or manufacturing, strong ability to read CAD data, and up to 25% travel with relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 3+ years in high-rate supply chain or manufacturing with data usage.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Own metrics, KPIs, and reporting for production line health and efficiency (cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization, non-conformities, inventory accuracy).
• Perform time studies to ensure efficiency across warehouse and operations.
• Develop processes to optimize workplans for highly variable demands across sites.
