Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Operations Engineer for Warehousing & Capacity to optimize our global warehousing and material flow. You will own tools and processes that improve inventory accuracy, throughput, and line health while coordinating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations.

The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain, CAD data literacy, and up to 25% travel with onsite work in Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

3+ years in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment with data utilization.
Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings and CAD data; knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes for electronics and mechanical components.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across programs from development to full-rate production to scale solutions with manufacturing maturity.
Identify imbalances and bottlenecks in inventory processes, line layouts, parts shortages, and staffing constraints; coordinate with owners to resolve.
Own metrics, KPIs, and reporting on line health, cycle time, throughput, capacity, and inventory accuracy.
Conduct time studies of current and developing processes to ensure warehouse efficiency.
Develop workplans for highly variable demands across sites and create actionable tasks from reports.
Create and maintain tools to improve work demand forecasts using data-driven methods (Value Stream/Process Mapping/Line Balancing).
Drive improvements and push to floor quickly, iterating toward world-class performance.
