Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Industrial Engineers for Supply Chain Material Flow to scale, optimize, and own warehousing, line-side delivery, kitting workflows, and inventory movement across programs from development to full-rate production.

Role requires strong data analytics, MES/WMS/ERP experience, and experience with layout design, time studies, and discrete event simulation. Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA with travel up to 25%. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with progressive experience in a high-rate environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD data, with understanding of manufacturing processes for complex assemblies.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, MES/WMS/ERP platforms, and production data systems.
• Experience with value stream mapping, line balancing, and layout design.
• Strong problem-solving, end-to-end ownership, and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Scale material flow, warehousing, and logistics architecture across programs from development to full-rate production.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional improvements with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
• Own production metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting for line health and efficiency.
• Perform time studies, VSM, process mapping, and line balancing for facilities.
• Model production scenarios using discrete event simulation to test capacity and mitigate risk.
• Lead lean improvements on the shop floor with minimal capital expenditure.
