TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer III to support fabrication and tooling development for higher productivity. You will design and implement jigs, fixtures, and gauges, collaborating with engineering, production, and estimating teams to drive efficiency and lean adherence.

The role emphasizes process analysis, fixture development, and cost reduction, with strong emphasis on manufacturability feedback and continuous improvement in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Process Engineering in heavy industry.
• Familiarity with Fabrication, Welding & Assembly processes.
• Experience implementing Lean tools: Standardized Work, 5S, Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production tasks and drawings to meet CTF metrics; create tools and gauges.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement new tools, fixtures and gauges.
• Perform time studies to validate labor estimates and costs.
• Collaborate with design engineering to improve manufacturability and DFMs.
• Document and track cost savings and process improvements against targets.
