Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer III to join the Houston-based team. You will design, build, and implement jigs, tooling, and fixtures to meet CTF goals before production begins and to sustain CTF deliverables through the process.

You will drive operational efficiency by analyzing processes, creating work instructions, and collaborating with production and quality to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• LEAN / Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Experience in development of fixtures & jigs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production tasks and drawings to meet CTF metrics and create tools, fixtures, or gauges.
• Collaborate with production and quality to implement new tools, fixtures, and gauges.
• Analyze data to identify productivity, quality, material flow, safety, and cost improvements; set schedules and drive savings.
