Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3–6 years of prior experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
• Knowledge of GD&T ASME Y14.5M-2009 is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SOLIDWORKS, and Monday.com is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing firearm product designs with budget estimates for tooling and production rate.
• Procure tooling and equipment for new products to meet launch timelines and targets.
• Identify areas for improvement and perform cost-saving analyses using established procedures.
• Diagnose issues and implement solutions to improve quality and throughput.
• Assess manufacturability of designs using GD&T and dimensional stack-ups.
• Provide production floor support for CNC machining, assembly, metal finishing, and automation.
• Develop and revise process drawings, QC plans, and work instructions; update production routings in the PLM system.
• Lead new capital equipment verifications and runoffs to meet plant goals for quality and cost.
• Participate in 5S and maintain organized, safe work areas.
