Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering required with 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SOLIDWORKS experience; basic Monday.com knowledge.
• Clear communication, teamwork and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Design new processes from start to finish including machine selection, fixtures, tooling, control plans and work instructions.
• Identify areas for improvement and perform cost savings analyses.
• Provide day-to-day production support for high volume CNC machining and related processes.
• Edit and improve process drawings, quality plans and routings using SIG Agile PLM.
• Support senior engineers in development of new processes, equipment, and products.
