Job summary

Wolverine Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative in Decatur, Alabama to manage assigned customer accounts and coordinate the entire order process from receipt to shipment. You will collaborate with Sales, Production Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Accounting to ensure accurate information and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in customer service or order management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order entry, inside sales, or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain detailed information.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Accounts: Oversee assigned accounts to meet customer needs.
• Problem Resolution: Clarify complaints, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Gather and analyze customer information to understand needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Sales, Production Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Accounting to ensure service levels.
• High Volume Communication: Handle a large number of calls and emails.
• Relationship Building: Build trust-based relationships through open communication.
• Information Accuracy: Provide precise, complete information using appropriate tools.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and processes.
• Adhere to Procedures: Follow established guidelines and policies.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively engage customers to improve satisfaction.
• Order to cash experience: Support end-to-end order processing.
