Job summary

Wolverine Industries is seeking an organized Administrative Sales Operations professional to support the Director of Sales with calendar management, travel, and day-to-day tasks. You will assist with quotes, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Customer Service, Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Shipping.

You will maintain sales data in Epics, track opportunities from lead to shipment, and help prepare dashboards and forecasts to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in sales operations, customer service, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Epics systems preferred.
• Manufacturing or aluminum extrusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support to the Director of Sales, including calendar management and travel coordination.
• Support daily sales operations, respond to customer requests, quotes and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and sales data in Epics systems.
• Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up from lead to shipment.
• Coordinate requirements and information between Sales and internal teams.
• Assist with quotations by gathering specs, quantities, materials, finishes, and delivery needs.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to confirm customer needs and capabilities.
• Track onboarding of new products/customers from RFQ through first shipment.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline information.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Help resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Develop knowledge of aluminum extrusion processes, products, and lead times.
