Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order entry, inside sales, or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain detailed information.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Professional communication skills with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure needs are met.
• Address product or service issues and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Gather and analyze customer information to understand needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production Planning, Quality, Shipping, and accounting teams.
• Handle a high volume of calls and emails.
• Foster sustainable relationships through open communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Adhere to established procedures and policies.
• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Support the Customer Service Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
