Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Experience in an industrial, service, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP/order management software is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails regarding orders and general inquiries.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Provide clear updates on order status and timelines.
• Support house accounts with product knowledge, pricing, and availability.
