Responsibilities

• Manages customer orders/releases from receipt through invoice payment for assigned accounts.
• Interface with customers by phone, email, or in person on order requirements.
• Assist production control with order status (material, WIP, logistics).
• Maintain all customer-specific requirements in Plex-Customer list and update Sales/Accounts.
