Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable operation of a highly technical industrial facility in Kapolei, HI. You will plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities, coordinating across maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

The role involves preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, outage planning, and capital project support, using PeopleSoft and other ERP/CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in maintenance planning/coordinating in industrial settings.
• Experience with outages, capital projects, and continuous improvement.
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and instrumentation systems.
• CMMS-based work order management and reliability tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance work orders.
• Prioritize activities based on equipment criticality and production needs.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, tools, and materials for planned work.
• Manage outages, inspections, and asset reliability initiatives.
• Record labor, materials, and equipment history with CMMS.
• Collaborate across maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
• Prepare scopes, schedules, and execution plans for major outages.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve reliability.
