Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable operation of a highly technical industrial facility in Kapolei, Hawaii. Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance planning or related roles in industrial settings.
• Experience supporting plant outages, shutdowns, or capital projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS for work orders and asset management.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians, contractors, and tools for planned work.
• Develop outage scopes, schedules, and execution plans for major activities.
• Analyze equipment history and performance data to prioritize maintenance.
• Collaborate across maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve reliability.
