Hawaiian Host Group in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, is seeking a Production & Maintenance Coordinator to support plant operations, maintenance planning, and administrative tasks. You will generate production reports, coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventories, and assist leadership with data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, CMMS experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing setting at our Hawaii facilities.

The Production & Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting plant operations through production reporting, maintenance planning coordination, asset inventory management for the maintenance team, and office administrative support. This position serves as a key liaison between Production, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership by ensuring accurate operational reporting, supporting preventive maintenance activities, coordinating inventory and purchasing needs, and maintaining administrative processes that keep the facility operating efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting and data management, and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions.
