Job summary

HLBMA LLC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance for production and facility equipment. You will manage PM work orders, coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Purchasing, and ensure parts availability through CMMS and ERP systems.

You will analyze inventory trends, forecast replenishment needs, and supervise the equipment technician team to align maintenance with production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field).
• Maintenance planning or reliability certification (e.g., CMRP, CPMM) is a plus.
• Experience in maintenance planning, equipment planning, MRO/spare parts management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems; training available for HLBMA systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for production and facility equipment within the CMMS.
• Plan and prepare maintenance work orders, including task steps, labor estimates, required parts, tools, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate PM scheduling with Production to minimize disruption and align with planned downtime windows.
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to review equipment history and adjust PM frequencies, tasks, and strategies based on reliability data.
• Support execution of scheduled maintenance activities and safety measures.
• Manage and maintain spare parts and MRO inventory to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Register, catalog, and maintain spare parts records within applicable systems.
