Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring an Operations and Logistics Line Leader in Eau Claire, WI. You will oversee production and material control, drive safety and quality, and deliver on-time production within budget. Develop teams from onboarding through training, coaching, and corrective actions, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across shifts.

The role emphasizes TPM, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet plant goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years in manufacturing can substitute.
• 2+ years in management or supervisory roles in food manufacturing or similar.
• Experience with TPM or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with packaging equipment; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and material control teams to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Coach and develop staff; manage scheduling, vacations, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, CFR, and Nestlé policies across shifts.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Finance to meet requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
