Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output in the plant. You will oversee training, performance, and continuous improvement while coordinating with on-site teams and the broader division.

You will manage SOP adherence, environmental and food safety compliance, and effective handoffs. Strong leadership and SAP expertise are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with relevant work background.
• Minimum 2–3 years of lead/supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow SOPs.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and adherence to GMPs and SOPs across the team.
• Ensure timely achievement of production targets and continuous improvement.
• Oversee training, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of staff.
• Coordinate maintenance, line controls, and handoffs with other teams.
• Report daily targets, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
